EDINBURGH, April 25 (Reuters) - Royal Bank of Scotland will consider both inside and exterior candidates to replace outgoing Chief Executive Ross McEwan and has appointed headhunter agency Spencer Stewart to lead the search, the financial institution's Chairman Howard Davies stated on Friday.
