When you take the Patient handling course Dublin or Cardiac First Responder Instructor Course or any other course for that matter, you should know about the certifying body. Indeed, you choose an institution for the course. But, the institution will not be the certifying body. The institute should be PHECC approved to provide the required training for the certification.
