I have been a huge fan of Alpenliebe (caramel) hard candies since a very young age and after a lot of trial and error and experimenting, I have been able to recreate that amazing taste at home. I hope that you like this small and simple treat recipe and you recreate it for your family and friends over the Christmas season. I have tried my best to break the recipe down so that it is very easy for even beginner cooks to try and recreate it at home.
